comfortable stay near the tunnel

i found the reception staff quite cute and helpful, they answered all my questions. the room provided was spacious and the beds were comfortable. free parking was available , a definite plus. the location proved ideal for accessing the channel tunnel.
The road noise was quite noticeable. I think better double glazing might help reduce it. the noise did impact my sleep quality. it would be great if this issue could be addressed to improve future stays.

the restaurant food had a high standard of presentation it was excellent. staff were lovely really helpful and friendly i liked that.
the road noise was horrendous the double glazing was poor. a spotlight illuminated a tree all night curtains did little to block light.

the room i had was not very clean i found some hairs in the bathroom and the shower head had limescale. also, the air conditioning unit was quite noisy it made it difficult to sleep soundly.
